FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
AI Scholar Ready™ Announces National Framework Advancing
Integrity-Centered AI Readiness Across Education and Workforce
Pathways
Atlanta, Georgia – February 17, 2026– AI Scholar Ready™ , an initiative of Scholarship
Education Outreach, announces a major milestone in the development of the AI Scholar Ready ™ National Framework, an integrity-centered model designed to prepare youth, students, and institutions for responsible artificial intelligence engagement across academic, scholarship, and workforce pathways.
The framework is currently in its pilot rollout phase and has engaged a diverse cross-sector community of youth leaders, college students, higher education administrators, workforce partners, and youth-serving organizations. Through surveys, pilot discussions, and collaborative feedback sessions, participants contributed insights on institutional readiness, ethical decision-making, student identity development, academic integrity, and workforce expectations in an AI-driven society.
This data-driven feedback is guiding the refinement of the AI Scholar Ready™ National Framework to address real-world challenges while promoting human-centered, values-driven AI adoption. The framework introduces a structured model that emphasizes self-awareness, process understanding, clarity, intentional action, and integrity-led outcomes to support responsible AI use in learning and professional environments.
“At a time when artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming education and the workforce, institutions must prioritize integrity, identity, and human-centered decision-making before technology adoption,” said Niakesha Hollins, Founder of AI Scholar Ready™ and Executive Director of Scholarship Education Outreach. “Our goal is to equip individuals and institutions with the ethical foundation and strategic clarity needed to use AI responsibly in ways that strengthen learning, opportunity, and social impact.”
The organization also announced that its work will be featured at the 37th Annual National Service-Learning Conference®, held in partnership with the Points of Light Conference, where AI Scholar Ready™ will present a Lightning Talk to expand dialogue on responsible AI practices and engage more youth and emerging adults in shaping ethical AI implementation.
The AI Scholar Ready™ National Framework is built on four guiding principles:
● Values First
● Identity Before Tools
● Integrity-Centered Decision Making
● Human-First AI Readiness
● Intentional Action Over Automation
Through institutional advising, strategic partnerships, and pilot implementation opportunities, AI Scholar Ready™ collaborates with universities, workforce organizations, and youth-serving institutions to support responsible AI readiness and strengthen academic and career outcomes. The organization plans continued national engagement through institutional partnerships, leadership development initiatives, and future opportunities including an AI Scholar Ready™ credential pathway designed to demonstrate integrity-centered AI readiness to employers and workforce leaders.
